Brandy cocktails you should know

Sade's Taboo

1 dash grapefruit bitters
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
3/4 oz Cocchi Americano or another light apertif wine
2 oz Brandy Sainte Louise

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and stir until properly chilled and diluted, strain and serve up in a martini glass. No garnish, but a grapefruit peel may be used in place of the bitters.
