Brandy cocktails you should know

Lawn Tennis Cooler

1 whole egg
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz demerara sugar syrup
2 oz Brandy Sainte Louise
ginger beer

Combine ingredients (except ginger beer) in a shaking tin, adding the whole egg last, add 1 piece of ice and shake until chilled and diluted, strain and serve in a tumbler filled with ice, and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a few mint leaves and grated nutmeg.
