Brandy cocktails you should know


1 egg white
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/4 oz maraschino liqueur
2 oz Brandy Sainte Louise

Combine ingredients in a shaking tin, adding the egg-white last, add ice and shake until properly chilled and diluted, strain and serve up in a large cocktail glass. No garnish.
