Brandy cocktails you should know

#3 Cup
mint leaves
2 slices cucumber
1 orange slice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz Cherry Heering
1/2 oz curaƧao
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz Brandy Sainte Louise
ginger beer
Gently muddle 4 -5 mint leaves, 2 cucumber slices, and 1 orange slice in a shaking tin, without breaking the mint, add all other ingredients (except ginger beer) and ice and shake until chilled and diluted, strain and pour into a tumbler filled with ice, and top with ginger beer. Garnish with mint sprigs and an orange slice.
