Brandy cocktails you should know


3/4 quinquina
3/4 peach liqueur
1 1/2 brandy
absinthe rinse

Combine ingredients (except for absinthe) in a mixing glass, add ice and stir until properly chilled and diluted, strain and serve up in a cocktail glass rinsed with absinthe. Garnish with a lemon peel.
