Brandy cocktails you should know
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 oz orange juice
1/2 oz orgeat
1/2 oz gin
1 oz light rum
1 oz Brandy Sainte Louise
Combine ingredients (except for sherry) in a shaking tin, add 1 piece of ice and shake until chilled and diluted, strain and serve in a tall glass full of finely crushed ice. Top with more ice and float 1/2 oz of cream sherry on top of the drink.
