Brandy cocktails you should know

East India Cocktail No. 2

2 dashes aromatic bitters
1 1/2 oz fresh pineapple juice
1/2 oz dry curacao
1 1/2 Brandy Sainte Louise

Combine ingredients in a shaking tin, add ice and shake until properly chilled and diluted, strain and serve up in a cocktail glass.
