Brandy cocktails you should know

Astor Hotel Special

1 egg white
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
1/2 oz absinthe
1 1/2 Brandy Sainte Louise

Combine ingredients (except soda) in a shaking tin, adding the egg white last, add ice and shake until properly chilled and diluted, strain and serve in a tumbler. Top with soda, no garnish.
