Brandy cocktails you should know

Jerez Flip

1 whole egg
2 dashes chocolate bitters
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 1/2 oz medium sherry
1 oz Brandy Sainte Louise

Combine ingredients in a shaking tin, add ice and shake until properly chilled and diluted, strain and serve in a large cocktail glass. Garnish with fresh cinnamon or nutmeg
