Brandy cocktails you should know

Apricot Flip

1 whole egg
1/2 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz apricot liqueur
2 oz Brandy Sainte Louise

Combine ingredients in a shaking tin, add ice and shake until properly chilled and diluted, strain and serve in a small tumbler or low ball glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
