Brandy cocktails you should know
Bombay Cocktail No. 2
1/4 oz curacao
3/4 oz dry vermouth
3/4 sweet vermouth
1 1/2 oz Brandy Sainte Louise
absinthe rinse
Combine ingredients (except absinthe) in a mixing glass, add ice and stir until properly chilled and diluted, strain and serve up in a cocktail glass rinsed with absinthe. Garnish with a lemon peel.
