Brandy cocktails you should know
1 dash Peychaud's bitters
1 dash absinthe
1/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1/4 oz Benedictine
1/2 oz apple brandy
2 oz Brandy Sainte Louise
Combine ingredients in mixing glass, add ice and stir until properly chilled and diluted, strain and serve up in a cocktail glass. No Garnish.
