Brandy cocktails you should know

Imperial Blueberry Fizz

2 tbs blueberries
1/2 oz Creme Yvette
1 1/2 oz Brandy Sainte Louise
sparkling wine

Gently muddle the blue berries in a shaking tin, add all other ingredients (except for sparkling wine) and ice, shake until properly chilled and diluted, strain and serve up in cocktail glass. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with an edible flower, or fresh fruit.

If you don't have Creme Yvette, you can substitute for creme de violette, or better yet a mix of creme de casis and creme de violette.
