Brandy cocktails you should know
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz grenadine
1 oz Brandy Sainte Louise
Combine ingredients (except for sparkling wine) in a shaking tin, add 1 piece of ice and gently shake to chill and dilute, strain and serve up in a cocktail glass. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon wedge.
