Brandy cocktails you should know
2 dashes chocolate bitters
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz creme de casis
3/4 oz port
2 oz Brandy Sainte Louise
Gently muddle the blackberries in a shaking tin, add the rest of the ingredients and ice, shake until properly chilled and diluted, double strain and serve up in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a blackberry.
