Brandy cocktails you should know
1/2 oz demerara sugar syrup
3 oz milk
1 oz Jamaican rum
1 oz Brandy Sainte Louise
Combine ingredients in a shaking tin, add 1 piece of ice and shake gently until chilled and diluted, strain and serve in a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
