Brandy cocktails you should know

2 dashes Angostura bitters
1/2 oz demerara sugar syrup
1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
1 1/2 oz Brandy Sainte Louise
sparkling wine

Combine ingredients (except for sparkling wine) in a rocks glass, add ice and stir until properly chilled and diluted. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon peel.
