Brandy cocktails you should know

Brandy Alexander

1 oz heavy cream
1 oz creme de cacao
1 1/2 oz Brandy Sainte Louise

Combine ingredients in a shaking tin, add ice, shake until sufficiently chilled and diluted, strain and serve up in a cocktail glass. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
