Brandy cocktails you should know
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz creme de mure
2 oz Brandy
Combine ingredients in a shaking tin, add 1 piece of ice, shake until chilled and diluted, strain and serve in a tumbler filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint or fresh blackberries.
