Brandy cocktails you should know
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1/4 oz orgeat
3/4 oz banana syrup (see instructions below)
1/2 oz orange juice
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz cachaça
1 oz Brandy Sainte Louise
Combine ingredients in a shaking tin, add 1 piece of ice and shake to chill and dilute, strain and serve in a tall glass filled with finely crushed ice. Garnish with a dried banana chip.

Banana Syrup: In a saucepan, combine 1 sliced banana, 2 cups of cane sugar, and 2 cups of water. Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat, cover, and cool to room temperature. Refridgerate overnight to marry flavors and strain through a cheesecloth-lined sieve.
