Brandy cocktails you should know
Saint Charles Punch
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 oz port
1 oz Brandy Sainte Louise
Combine ingredients in a shaking tin, add 1 piece of ice and gently shake to chill and dilute, strain and serve in a tumbler full of finely crushed ice, top with more ice if necessary. Garnish with a few mint leaves, fresh fruit, and grated nutmeg.
