Brandy cocktails you should know
1/2 oz lime juice
3/4 oz ginger syrup
2 oz Brandy Sainte Louise
1/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
Combine lime juice, ginger syrup, and brandy in a shaking tin, add 1 piece of ice and lightly shake to chill and dilute, strain and serve in a tumbler glass filled with ice. Top with soda, float 1/4 oz of Yellow Chartreuse, and garnish with a lime wedge. If ginger syrup is not available, substitute for 1/2 oz of simple syrup and use ginger beer instead of soda.
